The cost of living has gone up recently, so it’s important to expect a slight rise in your bills. You’re also likely to use more water during the summer months. Many people water their gardens, fill up paddling pools, and drink more. 

However, if your water bill has suddenly skyrocketed without explanation, it could be a sign of a leak somewhere on your property. Get in touch with a plumber to investigate your pipes and make any necessary repairs.

 

Mold

You may start to notice mold building up in an area of your home where there is excessive moisture. It’s common for some mold to be present in bathrooms or near windows at times because of the build-up of moisture. You’ll notice the same thing near leaking pipes.
