How To Keep Hot Chocolate Warm
There are a few different ways to keep your hot chocolate warm for your large crowd.
- Keep it in a big pot on the stovetop on low heat.
- Use a slow cooker. Set it on the low or warm mode, depending on the type of your model.
- Keep it in a white or colored thermos carafe. Pouring is simple, and you can match the color to your decor.
- Use a china coffee pot or an antique hot chocolate pot. Although you’ll have to replenish the pot as needed, the “beautiful” factor is well worth it.
- Fill a soup tureen with your hot chocolate and spoon it into cups with a ladle.
- On a buffet table, use a huge chafing dish with a Sterno. Serve with a ladle.
