- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup dry red wine
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
