Instructions

  1. Prepare oven and preheat to 425F. Also, prepare an 18″ x 13″ rimmed baking sheet by lining it with an aluminum sheet.
  2. Cut French bread in half lengthwise, then cut again to make four equal slices, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Apply olive oil to both sides of the bread using a brush, turn upright, transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese and garnish with your favorite toppings and place in the oven.
