Caesar Dressing Without Anchovies
Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Chill Time: 10 minutes; Total Time: 20 minutes; Servings: 1 cup
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
- Pinch of pepper
Add all the ingredients to a large glass bowl and whisk using a fork.
When all the ingredients are thoroughly combined, cover the bowl and, transfer to the refrigerator, leave for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take the bowl out of the refrigerator, either serve it immediately or store it in an airtight container.
