Prepare the oven and preheat it to 300 degrees F. Also, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Transfer the pumpkin seeds to a large bowl. Add salt, cinnamon, light brown sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl, and mix well. Then pour the butter mixture into the oven pumpkin seeds and toss gently to make an even coating.
To avoid overcrowding, spread the coated seeds on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the color of the seeds turns light golden brown.
Once the seeds are done, remove them from the oven, sprinkle powdered sugar on top, and stir gently to make an even coating. Serve and enjoy!
