Pat the turkey tenderloins dry using a kitchen towel.
In a slow cooker, pour the chicken broth. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and light brown sugar. Mix well.
Place the turkey tenderloins in the slow Cooker to submerge in the mixture.
Seal the lid, set the temperature to low, and cook the turkey for 3 to 4 hours until its internal temperature reaches 160 degrees C.
Once done, remove the turkey from the slow Cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Slice and drizzle the leftover sauce over the slices. Garnish with parsley and serve.
