How to Cook Turkey Tenderloin in Slow Cooker

Preparation time: 10 minutes; Cooking time: 4 hours; Total time: 4 hours 10 minutes; Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the turkey tenderloins dry using a kitchen towel.
  • In a slow cooker, pour the chicken broth. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and light brown sugar. Mix well.
  • Place the turkey tenderloins in the slow Cooker to submerge in the mixture.
  • Seal the lid, set the temperature to low, and cook the turkey for 3 to 4 hours until its internal temperature reaches 160 degrees C.
  • Once done, remove the turkey from the slow Cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Slice and drizzle the leftover sauce over the slices. Garnish with parsley and serve.
